LICO Stahl- und Kunststoff GmbH has been led by company founder Otto Kabilka for more than 35 years. With his son Thomas Kabilka, who now works as junior managing director, LICO GmbH is starting the transition to the second generation. From the start the cohesion of all employees played a crucial role in the company’s success. LICO Stahl- und Kunststoff GmbH is very proud of its employees’ long years of service, which on average amount to more than 10 years.
